- Unlock your ride by scanning the QR code or entering the ID

Very poor app
I am a constant rider. But the app has many issues. First of all, I don’t know if my issues are received and I do not know if anybody consired the issue... There is not any feedbacks.
Secondly, I always encounter with a lock problem, app just shows “scan for ride” when I already have a ride, and I can’t lock the scooter because there is not any lock option and the price keeps increasing. I pay 1 dolar more for no reason maybe everyday. You should improve the app definetly.
