Terrible app
Well. So what the sense from hardware, camera sensor, processor etc if there is not correct software to play or edit photos and videos recorded by camera?? iPhone app is Terribly lagging(using iPhone 12 Pro)and IPad Pro 2020
Application for desktop same terrible. It’s even not looks like demo app. Simply - I would delete both apps from iPhone and iMac but… there is no other app to edit raw photos and videos from this camera. Already understand that I spent money for very raw camera and it’s impossible to use it for creative ideas.
Sorry, but my verdict - 1 star.

App crashes constantly
The app crashes everytime I try to open fly-through video. So the feature is useless. Also the social feed is extremely slow to load. Please fix these. I am using iphone 11 128GB. Clearing the cache does not help.

No auto-zoom setting yet
Still waiting for an auto zoom switch while using in webcam mode. One R got this feature months ago. Really slow development of features.

App is very slow working
shotlab and explorer tab application runs very slowly in turkey. We're too waiting to watch the videos. Also, options for adding animation to photos should be improved. at least it should be like theta + implementation.

One R is not supported Google Street View!!
How did you decide to not support Google Street View for new version of 360 camera? Please don’t mention it is the latest product of insta360.. One R is primitive version of One X for me..
