Another app ruined by paid advertising and restricted free usage. I had been using it but it is now unusable due to stupid limitations of 3 expenses per day and having to watch an ad before every expense. There are free alternatives so do not promote these jokers

Free version is useless
Bye bye Splitwise. You were my one the biggest love app and you were with me everywhere and with my every holiday.. I was using the app since 2020 but recently if you want to use the free ones it is not possible to add anything. So the free one is totally useless.

Screwed Up with Premium
It was a fancy app until restrictions on free users. Now it is kinda useless with limits on adding expeneses. Why should I use if I cannot record all my expenses? I’ve directly switched to an alternative app and deleted splitwise. You’ll use a lot of users with this strategy.

Too expensive
I was very happy with the app however now I am very sad because I cannot effort to get the pro version. It makes sense to ask for some fee for pro however it is too expensive for countries like Türkiye due to the huge currency exchange rates and the fee is not for lifetime use which I would still consider, however monthly or yearly fee is too much for me to pay. I have to find another app (even if I need to pay fee which is more effordable than this). Thanks for the great experience with the app so far as I have been using is more than 9 years now.

Aplilasyonu çok uzun zamandır ücretsiz olarak severek kullanıyorum. Maalesef artık günlük 4 giriş hakkı ile limitlendi ücretsiz kullanım. Daha fazla giriş yapmak için premium almamız gerekiyor. Aylık veya yıllık seçenek mevcut ama fiyatlar TL ye çevirdiğinizde çok yüksek. Bizim gibi döviz dezavantajı olan ülkeler için farklı ücret politikaları gerekiyor. Yabancıya çok ucuz gelen şey bize çok yüksek. Makul fiyatlı bir lifetime üyelik sunsalar hiç düşünmez alırdım ama bu fiyatlarla başka aplikasyon bulmam gerekecek maalesef.

Useless with the daily limitation
Could have been an amazing app but became completely unusable with a daily 3 entry limit. My friends who downloaded the app before seem to be able to use it free without a limitation so it’s even worse because you can’t get other people to change apps as well. Do not even download if you’re not planing to buy pro, a basic notes app would work better.
